I4Technology is cooporating with Plannerly, a BIM Management Platform.
Plannerly simplifies BIM project management by consolidating BIM standards, requirements, sequencing, tracking and BIM compliance.
What differentiates Plannerly from traditional BIM management tools is, that it is built on foundations of SmartLeanBIM™: the right BIM, at the right time, by the right people – for the right reasons. It is a common platform for all project stakeholders to co-create, review, comment and approve BIM Execution Plans; define, agree on and assign scope; monitor progress and track deliverables; check for BIM compliance and publish models for each project milestone – all in one online application.
It is a unique visual tool converting difficult BIM planning processes into modules, categories, sections and tasks that one can simply drag and drop, which makes it fun and easy to use!
The BAE industry is becoming an IT-driven industry, which can generate huge profits, but 60% of IT projects fail. We want to avoid this in the BAE industry so that we can focus on the potential of these new Information Technologies, for maximum value creation. 10X Construction collaborates with the US company Graph Metrix and was started in September 2018 by Håkon Reisvang and Kai Gilb to achieve just that
Kai Gilb is the son of Tom Gilb and together they have traveled around the globe for more than 30 years and helped many large companies, including HP and Intel implement and achieve their goals in systems and IT projects, using Gilb's; 'Systems Engineering Approach' as Value first . This method focuses on achieving the project's quantified value objectives by measuring different strategies, so that the best strategy is chosen to maximize value creation in the project. This is highly compatible with the new international standard for data flow in the BAE industry; ISO19650. These systems are deeply integrated into GraphMetrix's AI Trinity.
We work with Finnish Partners to make the Nordic Building Room a catapult for technology and sustainability in the construction industry.

We work with 6CST to make the Nordic Building Room a catapult for technology and sustainability in the construction industry.
6CST is a partner and network company that develops services, products and sustainable growth for businesses and projects that will play a leading role in what is being referred to as a necessary green shift.
Among other things, we use the UN's 17 sustainability goals as an arena for our creative and innovative work.
Nordic Building Room
Startup Campus in Oslo has just been upgraded with the Nordic Building Room, where a BIM CAVE (Computer Aided Visual Environment) is installed as the technological cornerstone of this room, for which Håkon Reisvang is project manager.
The room will also be equipped with large touch screens and other technology to optimize the design process.
Through new processes and updated expertise, through more innovation and new technology, we will create new solutions, services, products and sustainable business models. This is one of the things we want the Nordic Building Room to contribute to the building and real estate industry in Norway. As part of this project, the room will be possible to rent through framework agreements.
TU Media is growing, and with TU Bygg they want to promote a more profound and forward-looking approach to the construction industry than you find on other websites.
To achieve this, they have created their own editorial team that will work exclusively with building materials. Here Håkon has a fixed gap . TU Bygg has 5 promises for you as a reader, these can be found here .
Tekna organizes members who have a master's degree in technology, science or science. Their 81,000 members work every day to solve society's challenges through innovation and new technology.
Tekna is the largest master association in Norway, and the largest union in the academics. Håkon has contributed with his lectures at several breakfast meetings and Tekna X arrangements.
I4 technology is a member of open AR Cloud and works with Jan-Erik in both course and software development.
Open AR Cloud (OARC) is a global non-profit that works to drive standards, interoperability and technology to combine physical and digital reality for the benefit of everyone. Currently, the organization focuses on the design and development of a standard and protocol-based open platform named " Open Spatial Computing Platform ". The intention is that this will become a central platform for connecting technology areas that interact with the physical world, such as SmartCity, AR cloud, Self-driving cars, IoT, robots and more. A standard for geographically anchored position and orientation (GeoPose) becomes central to this platform and OARC has succeeded in getting work in the Open Spatial Consortium to develop a universal GeoPose standard .
